First, there isn’t free breakfast as advertised due. The room furniture is very old, dusty and there is a strange smell in the room. The bathroom fan does not work and the bathroom lock was broken. The TV remotes did not work even after another one was provided per our request. Bed sheets were never changed during our stay. There is a $100 deposit that it’s charged (not a hold) and then they supposed to refund it to you which it may take an additional 3-5 business days after check out. Overall, it is not worth staying in this place.

The room itself was fine, not the cleanest, but good enough for the price we paid. First of all, there is no free breakfast, online this hotel is advertised as having a free breakfast, but when you check in there's a sign on the desk saying that breakfast is suspended and not currently offered. The biggest issue is that check-in ends at midnight. Reception is closed between midnight and 7:00 a.m., but no one tells you that and it's not listed online anywhere. Luckily we arrived at 11:50 p.m. we were coming from a concert and knew that it was going to be a late night but didn't think anything of it since most hotels you can check in whenever you arrive. Negative review!!!! I booked my room through Expedia. I had free cancellation if I cancelled by a specific date. My husband ended up getting a different hotel through his job, so I cancelled my reservation days before the deadline and they still charged me! I disputed it and they refuse to refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW THE RULES!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN, RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! TO TOP IT OFF I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE "MANAGER IS NEVER AVAILABLE AND THEY DONT KNOW WHEN THE MANAGER WOULD BE AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!! I can see why this place has the worst rating in the area. I didn’t have a choice in what I booked because Work chose for me and it happened to be bikeTober. Front desk is awful. Super rude and has no idea what they’re doing. I filled out the online check in that was emailed to me after a booked and prepaid for the room. I was immediately charged for the incidentals before check in and the charge shows from Days inn directly. If it was the room rate it would show a charge directly from hotels.com. When I checked in they did they whole check in process again. I stay in hotels all year for work and this one is still doing processing like the 90’s. Manually entered my card number and photo copied my ID. I already took a photo of my id and entered my card in the online check in. I was charged

Our company had 7 x rooms booked for a month. Our job got unexpectedly cut short so we only stayed 6 nights. I explained the situation to the manager and told her we will most likely finish the job a few weeks later and we will stay with her again at that time. When we checked out on Sunday the hotel said it was early, let them review the rooms and then they would provide us with final invoices. Now the hotel will not refund us our money for the days we didn’t stay. Manager does way more talking than listening!! Front desk will not answer our calls now. We will most likely have to get a lawyer involved. No one at Wyndham seems willing to help. Sad!! And we are Diamond members. I would be very leery of this hotel!! Pool was closed as well; middle of summer and the pool is closed?
