Daynite Inn

It’s now newly renovated and updated Quality Inn 🏨. The rooms are nice and accommodating. Service is courteous and outstanding. Nice Large parking lot have lots of room for big trucks and trailers and even hooked up boat 🚤 with truck, no need to unhook… charging plugs outside for your boats too! 🤩Location is great with everything in a walking distance or within 2-3 miles. We would recommend it to our friends and families.

Beverly was working at the front desk when I checked in. She is an outstanding employee and truly tried to make things better, however, this hotel is just not guest friendly.||||*2 different non-smoking rooms smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Both smelled musty, too.||*The shower head is so low that I had to contort to wash my hair. i am only 5'9".||*There were only 2 smallish bath towels provided for a 4 person room. When I asked the woman from housekeeping for more towels, she replied, "I don't know why there are only 2; you'll have to ask the front desk. I just work here." Direct quote!!!||*Advertised for free internet- connection is poor or fair in various locations around DN property. Connectivity is spotty and inconsistent. ||* There is no table in either of the double rooms

I stayed here when Hurricane Matthew caused evacuation of South Carolina Low Country. My stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I found my room to be clean, everything worked, and absolutely no roaches or other unwanted pests. I've managed a hotel myself for 10+ years and can say that management and staff are well on top of their job! Thank you to the management and staff! �� S. Castillo

This place is a dump! Don't stay here! It was a non smoking room, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and there were burn marks in the carpet. The tiles in the shower were cracked and glued together. The toilet seat was chipped, old and not clean. It needs to be replaced. THEN THE BEDBUGS! YUCK!!! Brought a bug to the front desk and showed them. They wouldn't refund us the money, even though we could not sleep and left early. This place should be shut down. I'm reporting them to every agency I can.

The room wasn't too bad. The front desk clerk that works evenings is a pretty cool guy and makes sure you're squared away. There's no breakfast and no internet. Mi stayed a week and my last day I asked for a late checkout of 1 pm and they said no I have to pay for an extra night. Greed is a mother. I needed another stay at a hotel and went to the days inn up the street.
