Dalton's Bedpost Motel

We stopped here on our way to Phoenix before Christmas. Susan (very easy for me to remember), was a great host! The bed in the Eva room was the best we slept in all trip! Not sure what sheets they use, but they were comfy! The room was small, but it had everything we needed. Bring some slippers or socks, there is no carpet - and the floor can be cold (especially in the morning). The price was right too! We would definitely stay here again.

Dalton’s Bedpost is a cute roadside mote that was a great base of operations while taking care of family business in Meade. The room was pretty basic but very clean, staff was friendly, and had an updated bathroom with good water pressure. The bed was comfy and had good bedding and pillows. The one drawback I found was a low number of modern outlets near the bed but there were some in other parts of the room so it was ok overall. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stay here twice a year traveling between Arizona and Wisconsin. We are planning a trip back to Wisconsin for Thanksgiving this year and will again stay here going and coming. Jay has always been very welcoming. No frills but definitely worth the stay.

Driving west down 54 there aren't a lot of options. This place was a welcome sight. It's a throwback, which to me is a good thing. Great value, clean room, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Immediately greeted by the family dog and the owner, which was absolutely lovely. And pets stay feee!! The cute benches outside your room are a nice little touch! They have put a lot of care into their establishment, if you like a vintage stay, this is definitely it. Very clean and welcoming.
