From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding! The front desk attendant, Angie R, went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome and comfortable. She was warm, professional, and so thoughtful—especially with our special needs son. Her kindness and patience meant the world to us and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.||The M Lounge was another highlight. Crystal, the lounge attendant, was absolutely amazing—attentive, caring, and full of positive energy. She made sure we had everything we needed and treated us like family. Love this hotel. Everything is super clean and all staff are friendly and helpful. M-Club is 24 hours for grab and go and hot meals in the evening. Rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. The bar on site is good. Breakfast is a little pricey since its mostly the same stuff as free breakfast at other properties, but they will also make you fresh eggs or a fresh omelet for the same price.

Our company had a small part in a larger event that was held at this hotel/event center earlier this month. First off, the rooms were absolutely amazing. They were very clean and you can tell the staff had pride in their jobs. Specifically the front desk was helpful and friendly, the woman in the Marriott Members room was unbelievably nice and accommodating, the staff as a whole on the hotel side of the operation were great. The staff that deserves the most praise on our end is the events staff. Specifically Valentino and his crew. We had some freight issues with some pallets we brought in and they went above and beyond to help us and make sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule.
