Cub River Hideout Cabin

Our family had a wonderful reunion here (7 adults, 6 children). The home is clean and spacious, and everything is well stocked from the kitchen, to the games and movies. There’s a beautiful view from the wrap around deck, and a fun property to explore. The property is on a hill, so it was hard for our 84 year old grandma and our 12 year old daughter with Cerebral Palsy to access the property, however they were happy to be on the porch and inside. Also, there are only 2 bathrooms and 1 shower which takes a little bit of coordinating. We had a lot of fun. We tubed the Oneida river, played games, watched movies, played air hockey, enjoyed playing the old piano, and made some yummy meals. Great reunion!

My extended family (7 children ages 12 to 5 months and six adults) thoroughly loved our stay at Cub River Hideout Cabin! The winter views are unparalleled. It is well stocked with all the comforts of home. It's impeccably clean as well. The beds were soft with the best sheets and heavy blankets. We brought sleds and our Phoenix children had the best time playing in the snow for hours. If you have access to a snow machine, staying here in the winter is an absolute pleasure! It doesn't get cozier than a cup of tea by the fire while looking at the gorgeous winterscape outside!

Very lovely place to stay with plenty of room for a large crowd. Parking is a bit of an issue but not enough to deter me. It has Wonderful views and fresh air but the best part is it's so close to a town. My only suggestion would be that there be a shower in both bathrooms instead of just one, and that you get the piano tuned (which I am trained and would be happy to do for you) It sounded quite bad. Other than that, I highly recommend staying. Great value for a great experience!

This cabin was a great weekend getaway. It’s a quick drive from Cache Valley but gives you the feeling of being in the woods. It’s clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

It was a good time ir was just a bit of a mess when we got there A specific was we found some dog poop upstiars in the loft and a few or the cooking things were a bit messy like the microwave and the inside of the oven
