Crystal Palace Resort

The Staff here is fabulous. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. This is a family owned place not some soulless corporation. The room was very clean and spacious. Nothing fancy but everything in good shape and comfortable. Please forgive me there, but I forgot the name of one staff member, but Sam the GM, Erin and he were great. Sam even made a special effort to make a fresh pot of coffee for me on our last morning. I will go again!

This place is not a good place, it’s disgusting.. check the room before you check in .found pubic hair in bed. A c filter was really dirty. We left once we saw the room. Beds and furniture were old and dirty. No refunds so beware before you sign the paperwork

The resort was very clean, from the rooms to the roads, and the views were absolutely amazing. However, the true highlight was the customer service—it was impeccable. We accidentally left some clothes hanging in our room after checking out, and the staff promptly called us to let us know. When we returned, everything was exactly as we had left it. The level of care and attention was outstanding. A special thank-you to Sam for being so thoughtful and mindful. Truly exceptional service.

Absolutely an excellent stay, clean rooms, extremely friendly staff. Rooms have a gorgeous view and Sam went above and with his customer service and hospitality. Will come stay again and would recommend to anyone for their stay!

Clean room and fast check-in service. Cash only, i didn't have to leave a card on file. The place was quiet, actually i never heard of saw any other guests though I noticed vehicles so they were there. A little bit expensive for what it is tho.
