West Canal RV Resort

Great owners and a nice place to stay. We rented one of their trailers and it came with everything you would need and was really clean. There were a few small issues with the trailer when we arrived but they had someone there within 5 minutes to fix it. Would recommend you checking them out.

The old saying you get what you pay for definitely applies here! Located right next to a bunch of port-a potties. We stayed at the oasis lighthouse and the bathroom smelled like pee so bad we could barely stand it. We paid for 2 night and left after one. A small storm knocked the power out and it never came back on. But all the neighbors including the owners who lived on the same property had power 🤔. Some campers had a battery backup but not this one. Only bright spot was that it was close to crystal beach.Add on. Funny how you never responded to a review and now you respond to mine and a few. To respond HAHAHAHA How unprofessional and immature. Thanks for Being unprepared as an Air BnB host. But on a serious note you should definitely address the URINE smell!!

Our family had a great time staying at this rv park and also renting the golf cart to travel up and down the beach

A quite little rv park just off the main path. But close enough to get everywhere you need quickly. The camper had a couple issues right when we got there but they solved them quickly and with no issues. We also rented a nice golf cart from them to cruise the beach. Very fair prices. We will go back either renting their camper again or after we buy our own. Thank you.

What a hidden gem! We stayed at Pirates Retreat and it beat a hotel by a mile. I would have given it 5 stars but the cleaning crew forgot to clean before we came. It was dirty, but from what I am told, that was just a fluke. All the other guests reported high standards of cleanliness. Also it seems there is unlimited hot water, and the owners were prompt in their responses.
