If you rent from VRBO make sure you are not renting from this company instead of a real person. They use VRBO's platform but do not abide by their extenuating circumstances policy. When 410 was washed out due to flooding and the propety could not be reached they would not refund the amount as dictated by VRBO's extenuating circumstances policy. VRBO refunded their fees. They supplied a voucher that is useless because they only have two properties in Greenwater. They also informed me that they were being generous by doing so and did not even have to do that much. A complaint has been filed with the State of Washington AG's office.

Four stone lodge is a dump, DON’T STAY HERE. Smelled, has mold, stains on old office looking carpets, walls had holes and stains all over, spiders and webs all throughout the house. The wifi didn’t work. Bathtub was clogged. The vents had dust and rust on them. I can go on and on. Plus Simon (guy on call) was awful to talk to, he was no help/useless, wouldn’t grant us a refund when we told him these issues and that we left. Do not stay here. This place is a complete dump.

After catching a severe case of Covid and missing these crooks' cancellation window by a mere 8 hours, I am out a decent amount of money. They also collected a pet fee and have not initiated the return of this money, which illustrates how they operate and who you are dealing with when booking a place to stay. Take my advice, there are many options to stay when visiting Rainier and this listing should not fall on your radar, but rather fall off your radar.

Thieves and deserve a visit from the Washington Health Dept. DO NOT STAY WITH THEM.
