Everything started off smoothly with a lightning-quick check in and genuinely friendly, professional staff. The room was perfectly clean and quiet, breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the quiet street meant zero disturbances at night. Excellent value for the level of comfort and service I'd gladly return.

Positive: "" Negative: Fire trucks outside when we arrived had to wait an hour to check in then the fire alarm went off a test after reset with no warning scared my 7 y/o the voice in the wall was telling him not to use the elevator go to the nearest exit and use the stairs.

The hotel and room itself was pretty average and the restaurant unfortunately was closed early on a Friday night which was a little disappointing. But - beware you do not automatically get back your $100 security deposit. They told me at check in the security deposit would get automatically refunded back to me after check out and once the room was all clear. I waited two weeks and didn't receive the money. I had to call them and ask. They told me their system for some strange reason "kept" the money. To me it sounds like the hotel was just hoping I didn't notice the money not being returned so they could keep it. The front desk manually released the money. They told me it could take up to a week or two to come back after that. I have waited a month now and I still have yet to receive my mo

During an 18” record snowstorm on a Sunday, I arrived at 10pm. Restaurant open until 11. Wings and fries were a 10/10. Martini made by Eddie was perfect. They had plowed all throughout the night so leaving was a breeze. Definitely did a great job despite the weather.

Crowne Plaza was a great stay for me. The room was very unique, clean and comfortable. The staff was great. Big thanks to Daniel the maintenance manager and Ericka and Emily the front desk manager for making our stay better. The Experience was great. One person whole shows and cares most about the hotel was Daniel. Our wifes Safe was locked and called front desk to address the issue and no les than 5 minutes, Daniel came to our room with a amazing attitude and unlocked the safe for us as fast as I can say thank you. Hotel staff is very professional. 12 Flor restaurant had the most amazing view and beautiful sunset as we had dinner. Eddie is a very kind person. Will be returning back to this Hotel.
