Room was ok, but multiple minor issues... Fast dripping shower faucet, torn couch, inaccessible room safe, dark parking lot, steep and arrow stairwell, some lights burned out in the room, doors difficult to close, and a tv remote missing. Meanwhile, I like the location, the property location is safe, and the price quite reasonable at less than $100 per night. You are staying in buildings that are probably over 100 years old, a lot of history here, if only the walls could speak. But, appreciate there are limitations as building maintenance seems neglected, and no breakfast is included unlike most of the competition out of town. I'm okay with this, although I'm not sure my wife will tolerate these issues again.

Great place to stay. A nicely appointed 2 room suite for $70. Cannot beat the price. We even had antelope grazing right outside both last night & this morning. Setting is beautiful in a historic building where they've kept the historic aspect while updating the amenities. The whole base is beautiful. The bathroom is huge and well appointed. One can be showering while another is doing hair, teeth, or makeup & not be in each other's way. Loved staying here. It's easy to find too & conveniently located off interstate 25.

This was terrible. Building (and base general) are VERY old and outdated. Lot of steep stairwells (not great with kids) and buildings are terribly labeled. Good luck finding anything to eat or drink after hours, too. No vending machines or stores nearby. Rooms are very spacious, though. Nice park for the kids too.

Great place for the price. Were we stayed was in walking distance to the dining facility and the bowling alley. The rooms were clean. I think the best part is that you are staying in a piece of history. Yes the rooms are old and no there is no central ac. I assume it is because the buildings are in the historical register. Came with 2 rooms, living and dining area, and a full kitchen.

Let me start off by saying that they state they are pet friendly. Animals are not permitted on the furniture which I understand as some animals may damage the furniture, fine, but lodging offered me the worlds crustiest leather couch known to man which I will include a picture of with my review. How my animals could have damaged it even more, I have no clue. They did provide an extra large cage to lock my animals up when we left the building but after a 1200 mile trip, it should be understandable that my furry friends would be nervous any time that we would exit the building without them. We had stepped out to grab dinner our first night we arrived. We arrived at the lodge late on a Sunday, most places were closed. We were not gone for more than a hour when we received a call of a complain
