Crossroads Hotel-Huron Event Center

Our tub had a large crack/hole in it that was patched. Even my very petite daughter was scared to step in the center as it gave way & sunk down. Dirty mattresses were stacked against the walls in the pool area & practically blocking the entrance/exit to the pool. Staff walked past & didn’t seem to care. Halls & stairways need cleaning & painting. Restaurant was fairly nice.

Positive: Clean room Negative: Gave unauthorized access to another person to my room.

Very nice place. The entrance on map on wrong side, called hotel person asked me to drive around block, entrance on that side with a very spacious parking, desk person was very polite and professional, hotel was well kept, restaurant built in, rooms was very clean, shower was clean and had very good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable. A very nice hotel. Definitely recommend it had a lot of activities throughout property. Will definitely stay again if by the area again.

Room not very clean and in need of repairs. Room smelled like Chlorine. Noisy, because the pool wasn't away from rooms. Something sticky on the back of the TV remote, the battery compartment fell off and there was something slimey inside. Something on the wall that was either mud or feces. 2nd bad experience at this facility. NEVER AGAIN!

Since work takes me on the road more often than not these days, it’s really hard to find decent hotels to stay at. Been to the Crossroads multiple times now, service from the staff has always been good. Only problems I’ve had are minor ones at best. Room keys not working, and noticing some slightly used towels, or met with WiFi that doesn’t connect to the internet for one reason or another. But when I bring my questions to the staff they’ve always done their best to help me out where and when they can! Definitely will come here again👍🏻
