Crantzdorf Lodge

Wow. Beautiful lodge, beautiful views. Four floors of living space. Lots of room for subgroups. Nice kitchen, big movie room. Was a great weekend with extended family. Do take the time to secure your trash well, there are bears in the area and they will make a mess!

Love it, very beautiful, the whole family loved actually, best view you would ever see. First time me and my kids ever staying in a luxury mansion cabin in the woods on a mountain, words really can't explain how much we enjoyed spending our vacation in this beautiful cabin.

Amazing views!!! A great place for a family vacation!!

This Lodge has a lot of potential. The views are beautiful and the only reason for 2 stars. Unfortunately, the house itself needs more than a quick maintenance trip. The lack of communication from the owner "losing" our reservation caused us to not be able to get into the lodge until after 6pm, as it still needed to be cleaned. But even after cleaning, it was still dirty. The hot tub looked and smelled awful. Our toilet paper holder was broken in our bathroom, refrigerator shelf broken, and many other things were broken too. There wasn't enough towels or blankets for all the beds. For the price of one night, you would expect more. Very disappointed.

My now husband and I rented Cranzdorf Lodge for our family and wedding party to stay at. This cabin is just breathtaking, so beautiful in so many ways! The view is amazing, and there is no need to feel like you're crammed into one space, because this place is massive! There are 4 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind when choosing rooms for those who can't travel stairs as well. Most of the rooms have attached bathrooms, which include large jacuzzi tubs, which I loved! The host we're very helpful during the whole process, we did have to contact them once to help us turn on the outdoor fire places. He showed up in a timely manner and was able to fix it for us. The kids loved the theater and game room, it was all around an amazing experience and I'd book it again without hesitating.
