Courtyard by Marriott Somerset

Clean, convenient location, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the pool is tiny, and there was no hot tub. In the pictures, I assumed the pool was a hot tub, lol. Also, there is not complimentary breakfast, but the offerings (including some Starbucks coffee) at the Bistro were very good.

The first room was nice, but the refrigerator was way too small. The bathroom shower floor was so slippery with only water that I actually fell with no hand rail in the shower. It was reported. I was immediately moved to an ADA room which only had a chair in it instead of the little love seat. It also had that teeny tiny refrigerator. The beds are so uncomfortable as if the mattress needs changing and the pillows are so uncomfortable that I had to go buy my own. The hotel itself was really nice and so was the staff, sending Kudos to Ms. Dana, Tim, Amadea, and the Bistro staff. If I'm forgetting anyone, my apologies.

Positive: The generous counter space in bathroom and the amazing shower!The Kerrigan in the room! The very comfortable pillows.The bin for recycling in the room. Negative: No continental breakfast. They had a bistro in lobby that served food, but it was very expensive.It was more expensive than we’d hoped, but the extras made up for that.

Great customer service! Rooms are roomy and clean! My only complaint is parking is limited where good lighting is. As a female traveler, you can never be too cautious and the back parking lot is not well lit.

Shout out to courtyard Marriott, as a local resident we were looking for a great place to relax and swim. We found that with them, highly recommended. They were super guest friendly and wallet friendly as well.
