Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Springfield

I must’ve stayed at this hotel at least six times now and it is wonderful! Not too far away from the city and most of the suburbs. Lots of good food at or nearby the hotel, and the rooms are very well fitting for a couple people each. I recommend this place for anyone traveling to Philly who wants to stay out in the eastern suburbs.

Our room was on the first floor and the music from the party went on past midnight and was so loud we could hear the songs in our room. Also, our room was missing tv remote which the front desk never brought us after we asked. And the toilet was disguising - it was as if they never cleaned the underside of the toilet seat. Overall this hotel was way overpriced for the quality of the room.

Horrible customer care after our room was not made up after arriving back to the hotel late at night. Front desk gave NO HELP as to our concerns. Also Marriott Corporate also gave no support aft speaking with them twice. My advice...STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Horrible experience all the way around. Marriott... just pathetic!

Positive: "" Negative: I booked for two queen bes with microwave but when I was tryi g to check in, they told me that it sold out and they offered me 1 king bed with sofa bed, no microwave. The cooffee maker is so dirty.

Matthew at reception was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Very appreciative as we were traveling with an infant. Only reason for four stars is that coffee isn’t available before 7, and the other person working the front desk (NOT Matthew), wasn’t necessarily kind in telling people so. #bemorelikeMatthew
