Courtyard by Marriott Odessa

Overall, I like the location. The only thing I did not like was the fact that you had to pay for breakfast and you couldn't order breakfast until 6 AM, my TV did not work the whole time during my stay and neither did the Internet, but I like the location because close to lots of places to go eat, close to gas stations and not as busy as the Midland hotels are, the staff was friendly. They do have a bar/restaurant which makes it nice. Nice big outdoor pool and they do have a Fitness center that looked pretty decent. I will definitely stay here again.

My most recent stay at your hotel on December 16–17, 2025, was extremely disappointing—even by Odessa standards. This is especially frustrating given that I have stayed at Marriott properties more than 150 times this year throughout Northwest Texas, and this location has historically been one of the better options in the area.||I booked my room more than a week in advance. Upon arriving, I noticed the thermostat was set to 74 degrees. I immediately lowered it to 70, dropped my bags, used the restroom, and went to dinner. When I returned, the room temperature had climbed to 77 degrees.||I went to the front desk and was informed that the air conditioning in my room had known issues and that no other rooms were available. Positive: Close to restaurants. Negative: No complimentary breakfast. Washer was out of order. Hotel rates are very high on Monday thru Wednesday for our field business customers.

The rooms were very clean. The shower and bathroom were so clean as well which we loved after a long day but what really got us to love it here was the staff! From the guy at the front desk to the lady working the breakfast bar. Definitely will stay here next visit.

Left personal belonging in room, called front desk to retrieve item then was told they would call back in a few minutes took three hours to get back and said item was not found in room so they would have housemaids check laundry, never received a call back after that. After calling back to follow up front desk hung up on me after trying to get more information about lost item. I doubt they really checked and they were stolen by someone there. As well as them not disclosing the parking fee. I had to find out by seeing a charge to my card. Very disappointing. Not helpful. Do not stay here.
