Courtyard by Marriott New Haven Orange/Milford

Great stay overall! Stayed here for a Birthday trip and it was great! Location is super quiet, staff for the most part were polite and welcoming and we came back to a birthday amenity in out room which was a nice little touch! Only complaint was that my shower didn’t work. Did not realize it until the morning when I went to take a shower and could not even turn the handle to get water to flow! I did bring it up to them and they asked if I wanted someone to come down and look at it, but it was an hour before checkout time so it really did me no good so I unfortunately did not get a shower that morning which kind of put a damper on things. Maybe just a little more attention to making sure things work in a room before you mark as good to go would be my suggestion, but now I will be checking

This hotel has definitely been recently renovated. The lobby was attractive. The clerk at the check-in desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was well-designed, attractive, and fairly quiet. The thermostat worked as expected. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot and had great water pressure. I especially liked the loveseat, which was actually comfortable, unlike every other chair I have encountered in hotel rooms. In short, this hotel has everything you need and expect, and was a good value. We will be back.

The people at the front desk were more than accommodating. They were friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The room however ….. in my bed I killed 2 fleas & one big black ant in my bed ….

My mom and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott and had such a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A big thank you to the amazing team at this Courtyard Marriott!!

I chose this location this visit because it was refreshed and renovated, and had a wonderful look to it.. It was conveniently located around a few accessible restaurants so that’s always a plus the young man that checked me in was very friendly and accommodating was able to get me into my room after a short five minute wait. My room was very spacious uncomfortable. The bed was solved. The shower had good hot water pressure TV channels were easily to figure out. They also have a nice snack/bodega area by the front check-in desk with lots of good options at a reasonable price. I was here two days this visit and the time seem to fly by. I would definitely recommend this property. I also did see that they have a bar/restaurant area also in the lobby that opens up in the evening that seem to be
