Courtyard by Marriott Naples

Overpriced and dated hotel. The staff was great but the hotel itself was a dump. The bed was on, but wifi was not working on my floor during the stay. Shower was not hot enough. I can't believe this is a $350+/night hotel.

The room renovation has been good. The light in the rooms is terrible, dark over the desk and in the bathroom. The shower surface is uneven and water leaks out of the curtain. Door to bathroom blocks the tub and shower, and the light isn't bright enough in the shower. The staff have been great and the breakfast and restaurant area has plenty of room for everyone.

Truly disappointed at our experience at this Bonvoy hotel. Our twin room had a linked door to the next room where we could hear someone coughing non-stop. Requested another room. Was allocated a king handicap room. So tired we accepted as it was late. The room reeked of chlorine which caused us to suffer breathing. Did not sleep well. The common area had lots of stains in the carpet, especially in the restaurant area. Some discount offered for the room, but no compensation for a ruined night. The hotel needs to be refurbished or rebuilt. Not a good advert for Bonvoy.

Such a nice place! We stayed here when we couldn’t find a place in Marco Island and now we’ll be back next month! The service was amazing! Adan upgraded us to such a nice suite! He was so helpful and accommodating! We enjoyed our night at the hotel bar. Tammi was outstanding! She was reading our minds on what we needed and it appeared! She took such good care of us. Can’t wait to be back!

Every staff member at this property really cares about their guests. I talked to Georgette on the phone before we arrived. She was caring, helpful and offered great customer service. When we arrived, the manager Bill checked us in and he was very personable and really cares about his guests. Every front office agent and the housekeepers greeted their guests, always wanted to ensure we had everything we needed and were very welcoming!! I have stayed at other properties in awesome locations, but the staff offered awful customer service!! I commend everyone at this property with a special thank you to Bill and Georgette for their outstanding service to their guests.
