Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Stadium Area

Customer Service is a very strong component of the hospitality. I sent a request through the chat feature on the Marriott Bonvey app requesting to have a guest name added to my reservation. I received a reply stated this can not be done. I then called this hotel and spoke with an individual, who identified themselves as Brain Gonzales. Brian tell me I have to add a guest name with I check in(Not Correct). I then requested an explanation, Brian Gonzales refused. So, requested to speak with the General Manager of this hotel, Brian Gonzales stated he was the General Manager. I asked Brain Gonzales to send me a Setifi Form so that I could pay for ALL CHARGES for my guest, & he stated would not do that either and he was going to canceled my reservation because my kind is not wanted at this hot

Staff hospitality was excellent. ||Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. We had a clean, comfy room. For some weird reason the TV, even when off, emits a glow, which really is awful at night. Unplugging it didn't fix it. If not for that it would have been a 5/5 stay for us. ||The lobby is large and comfortable. ||Absolutely perfect location to walk to the stadium for an event.||Because

I loved my stay at the Marriott Courtyard. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help. We arrived many hours before check in and were still given a room! The room was very spacious, clean, and came with great conveniences including hair dryer, iron, microwave, fridge, and television. The patio attached to the room was great so we could spend time outside while still near our room. The pool was a good enough size for the amount of guests, however there were quite a lot of bugs in the water and no umbrellas near the chairs to provide shade in the hot desert sun. Starbucks in the lobby was great for mornings, and the overall feel of the hotel was modern and updated. Wish the restaurant had been open for lunch, but the free shuttle to Town Square definitely made up for this! All shut

I travel weekly for work and always try to stay at a Marriott for their consistency. This location is the worst for cleanliness and does not compare to other locations. I check into my room on time for a 2 day stay. Im sick and just want to shower and sleep. Once in room I notice some food on floor and just picked up and threw away. Went to pull back covers and there was dried blood? On top cover. Called office to see if someone could make bed and we could deal with the rest following day. Change out bedding and I can finally take shower and its dirty! I clean out shower call again downstairs and promised my room would be detailed the following day. I usually dont get housekeeping but agreed to it after 9am. Got back to room around 615pm and nothing was done. Room still in same conditi
