Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Convention Center

This is a great choice If you’re in Vegas. It is close to the strip and Sphere so you could walk, if you’re able out willing to walk up to a mile. It is right below a monorail station, which makes things really convenient. It is across from the convention center which could be super convenient if you came for an event there. It was affordable, especially with the group rate. There is NO RESORT FEE! Which is amazing. There is no gambling on site which means it also doesn’t have a nasty smoke smell. Their check in is 3pm I believe. We unintentionally got there several hours early and they were able to allow 2 out of 3 of our rooms to go in early, which is the most amazing perk because we really needed a nap after our drive in and before our scheduled events. Front desk was very welcoming and polite. Location is perfect. Definitely one of the better hotels in vegas. If rooms are available they allow early check in. Restaurant and Bar in lobby. There was a strange smell in the hallway that maybe coming from the rugs not sure if its like this often. The rooms look and smell clean though. Overall Id give it a 8.8/10. Definitely would return

Stayed at the hotel while my wife was at UMC recovering from surgery. Sat at the bar for two nights. Bartenders, Lisa and Kenia were just what I needed. They were overly friendly, welcoming and just what the doctor ordered. Perfect. Two gems. I would hire both of them for my business if I lived closer.

Positive: I love everything about the Marriott! Negative: The location of hotel was not accurate. I wanted the Marriott located by Allegiant Area.

My flight was delayed and the airline gave me a hotel voucher, but when we got there, the hotel was completely booked. They sent us next door to the Courtyard, which had rooms, but they couldn’t accept the voucher we were given. It was really late and I was beyond exhausted from traveling. Jorge was the one who stepped in and somehow got everything figured out. He made sure I had a room that was getting paid for by the airline, not myself, and even continued working on it while I was asleep. The next morning, he ordered me a taxi and got me a coffee without me even asking. I’m a young woman traveling alone, and this situation was really stressful and honestly pretty scary at first. But because of Jorge, I felt safe and taken care of, and I was able to sleep comfortably and not worry. I’ll
