Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth I-30 West Near NAS JRB

Positive: The staff was really on point, the hotel was clean. If there was an issue, quick accommodations. Very good service. Negative: For this being a Marriott, there was no complimentary breakfast and that's one reason I choose this hotel over others.

How is this even a Bonvoy? 1. No one is ever at front desk and they don't even answer the phone. 2. Housekeeping is only every other day. 3. They claim to have free wifi but it will barely even load a google search. It can't even open links or load other webpages, much less an email or video. Eventually got ahold of front desk about the wifi who offered no solution. This is obviously an ongoing problem for years based on reviews, and google even warns of it on their profile. FALSE ADVERTISING. 4. Water barely gets warm. 5. Breakfast is additional fee although when we booked online it said it was free. FALSE ADVERTISING! Charged $5.50 for coffee, $6.50 for a cream cheese only bagel, and at night I got a 16.9oz bottle of Sweet tea for $5.50. Rip off. 6. Intense smell of room fragrance spray

This is definitely the worst Marriott location I’ve ever stayed (or not stayed) at. I got to my room which was small and laid out weird, but whatever. I then had the pleasure of finding my window slightly ajar with no way of closing it (the low was 28 that night), and my door lock visibly broken. Upon telling the front desk about these issues and them coming and checking out the window I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I was told that the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move me to a different room and there was no maintenance person available at 6:45 pm. However, my real issue is that I booked my room over a month in advance and I find it very hard to believe that the hotel was not aware of 1 or both of those issues before I checked in. This is simple negligen

Overall ok. There was a smell when I walked inside. There Bistro is out of food. I ordered and Old fashioned and I got this 📷 I have drank old fashioned for the better part of my adult life. This was not it. Staff was friendly. Overall it’s a 3 star. They are over priced

Don't waste your money! This place is a DUMP! |We stopped here for one night on our drive between Denver and Florida. We had been driving for over 13 hours and were exhausted. I asked for a room away fromm the elevators and ice machine but it didn't matter: we were given a room overlooking Interstate 30. You won't believe the number of loud cars and trucks! I've stayed in hotels overlooking airport runways that weren't this noisy!|In the morning, when we went to shower, we saw just how shabby this room was: the shower wall was CRACKED and caving in (I can't imagine how that happened. The tile was broken and the wall was giving way. Instead of replacing it, they just caulked it! See photos. The towels were so worn, you could see through them!
