I booked this hotel with the understanding on thier site and Google that there was a pool. (One of the main reasons for booking this specific hotel) after arriving and checking in, it was discovered that they did not have a pool. A remodel was done and a fitness center was put in. The front desk person said they were not sure why the photos were not updated and went on with their day. Another pain point is that I discovered that I was charged $12 a day for parking on their lot on top of the room rate. This was not explained when checking in nor when booking the hotel online. The room itself was decent. There were cracked tiles on the floor in the bathroom and the water pressure was not the greatest. Location is good. Close to a lot of shops.

This is a solid Courtyard. No pool. Front desk guy Odell is awesome. Super friendly and has recognized me from a few stays. It's pretty no frills. I like the location

Positive: The hotel is near our family?s home. Some improvements have been made. Negative: The hotel was disappointing. Trash remained in the halls throughout our stay & parking required an additional fee despite the hotel being empty. While some updates have been made there were large cracks in the bathroom tile. The walls are super thin.

Room is nice. Internet does not work and you have to call tech support. Most annoying is the $12 parking fee per day in suburbs. Their centralized customer service has gone downhill as well. They want to forward complaints directly to hotel as opposed to escalating to central resolution. Marriott turning into Motel 6.

My husband and I loved the location. If we could walk, it would be a 30-minute to see my Godmother at Alden Garden. The staff were accomidating. I received a handicapped chair and some sugar. The room was beautiful, but it didn't have handicapped facilities. I felt uneasy with the toilet being too low, no bar for us to use for the toilet. My husband could not get into the bed for both of us. It went to my waist. That is why I gave a three star rating. My husband was not happy with the arrangement. It felt like a giant's room. For two 5' people. I just pray that if there are Little People. You would know what it is like for them to have to get stairs to the bed. I do want to say that I worked in Marriott, but the nicer hotel Residence Inn has a nice apartment like a room, and I had a real s
