Courtyard by Marriott Boston Billerica/Bedford

Our stay was pretty decent! Check-in and check-out were smooth though there is a $100 mandatory hold, which is not so unusual! The beds were clean and very comfortable but the AC unit was very noisy - gave me a headache during the day and made sleeping a nightmare! Since our stay was only two nights we tolerated it, but I would definitely request a shift if we were staying longer! Not having a microwave was slightly inconvenient but we made do with frozen takeout! The lack of soundproofing is very concerning because we could hear someone at it for a significant portion of the night which was not fun! On the plus side, the lobby and waiting area are super spacious and comfortable, making it a good spot to sit and get some work done. Parking can be tricky when returning late at night, but

Do not trust this location to honor a reservation. Third party booking or not, they cancelled our reservation without calling us or the booking site and ruined our trip completely. They offered no help and said that overbooking was not their fault and they could only tell us the names of other hotels in the area. The front desk and management do not care about anything but profit. ||Would give zero stars if I could.

The stay was mostly fine, but there were a few small issues that took away from the overall experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so the basics were covered. However, some details felt overlooked, and the experience didn’t fully match expectations. Nothing was terrible, but it also didn’t feel especially welcoming or memorable. For the price, I expected a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Overall, it was an okay stay, just not enough to justify a full five stars.

This is a hidden jewel customer service above and beyond,reasonable prices,quick check in, clean, peaceful quiet everything working including pool love the Starbucks. Will always stay here when in town. I believe his name was Nick when we checked in really cordial nice helpful best customer service and it was everybody that made you feel welcomed.

Decent spot close to my works HQs, nothing fancy but worked. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Pillows could be replaced.
