If I could put ZERO stars I would…. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the staff unprofessional, but their behavior was downright invasive and unacceptable. First, their website and policies only stated “no pets allowed.” There was zero clarification about emotional support animals (ESAs), no warnings, no disclaimers, nothing. We checked in under the assumption that our ESA was permitted with documentation—because nothing indicated otherwise. Then, without knocking or asking permission, a staff member BARGED into our room. No call, no warning, nothing. Just walked straight in while we were inside. This is a complete violation of guest privacy and basic hotel standards. Our room was clean and comfortable. Adequate furnishings and perhaps some of the most comfortable sheets and pillows we’ve come across. Breakfast voucher for the little cafe next door was great and very appreciated.

Country Squire Inn and Suites in New Holland is a minimalist road motel that in the best of situations provides an enclosed room with a shower. Beds are steel platform single mattress. The only chemical provided is a mini bar of soap. One must bring his own shampoo and body washes himself. The air conditioning is difficult to understand and control. There is no in-room coffee dripper. The wifi password does not have an associated wifi address, so the visitor must use a link to a cell phone to get internet. This motel is perfect for a weary motorist passing through with nowhere else to sleep for the night.||The worst feature of a stay here is the coffee shop. The 2025 economy hit this town hard. This Inn and Suites was perfect for us for a nights stay. Recently renovated, Clean, new and refreshing. Comfortable and nice pillows. They also give you a voucher for breakfast. We would stay here again.

Not terribly fancy, but clean, comfortable and quiet. A little patio of your own and even a fire pit to gather around. Fridges in the rooms are handy. Staff is extremely pleasant.
