Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rehoboth Beach - Dewey

I always appreciate Holly and Steve and all the staff here every time we come to stay here. They are such ROCK STARs and are always so kind and attentive and caring. They made sure our room was ready and even had a beautiful bag of treats for my birthday. Honestly, out of all the places that we stay , the customer service here is top notch and Holly always remembers us and treats us like Family. Thank you Country Inn & Suites !

The room was spacious compared to other hotels I stayed in for 2 queen bed setting. The bathroom was much cleaner. The room service was quick. We needed couple of towels at around 930 and we got the towels quickly at our room. The front desk and other stafff were amazing. They made a handmade gift basket for my wife’s birthday which was cute

I was in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. My wife and I just had an issue with the shower stall only having a partial door.we had never saw that in any of our stays before.We had to place extra towels on the floor to limit how much water got on the floor.Maybe something to look into.My overall stay was very good ,and the courtesy breakfast was great!!!

Our weekend stay with our sports team began with all families finding rooms that were musty with odors of pet and urine. When the AC was on everything in the room felt wet. The carpet was dirty, beds had stains and there was no daily housekeeping unless requested. |Some parties were able to change rooms when requested and some could not. Staff was helpful as much as they could be. |Breakfast was mediocre, with limited options. The pool was a cloudy green color by the end of the weekend, we were all glad we did not swim in it. |This hotel seems to have been renovated with the minimum completed to look good. We really enjoyed our stay. All of the staff was super friendly. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without charging us extra. The pool was open later than most hotels which our teen kids really appreciated. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The guy running breakfast even made the waffles and brought them to our tables. It was close to the beach.
