Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Princeton, WV

This was by far the best hotel in Princeton. We physically went to 3 different hotels and this one was amazing! James and Karen were beyond sweet and kind! They made sure we got all the goods. They even gave my daughter a little welcome package with fruit chews and roll up with peppa coloring pages and crayons. The room waa awesome and the foyer was beautiful. When back in this area we will be back here. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing. I had called some days prior to my arrival to request some Valentines accommodations. Karen was so attentive over the phone. Her tone was helpful, patient, and warm. This initial interaction immediately gave me confidence in my stay. We arrived later in the evening and the lobby was busy as a large group had arrived just before us. Karen and James didn’t shy away from this as they handled each interaction with precision. Karen acknowledged us immediately, and when our time in line came, she was ready. The location is perfect. Our room was very spacious and clean. No problems with service. We had a 1 bedroom suite. Plenty of space to spread out all of our ski clothes. Even made a food and beverage area b/c the room was so spacious.

Tabby was an amazing host , she went above and beyond her way to make sure we had everything we needed to get into our room. The location wasn't to far out of its way it sits in a pretty nice area off the main highway the hotel was very clean they served breakfast the following morning . The lady in the kitchen that morning shift done the best she could to make sure the kitchen stayed stocked and tables were wiped off for the next person to sit down . I really enjoyed my stay it was a very nice hotel and the best is always last they had a indoor swimming pool which was very relaxing 😌 I was extremely satisfied and my boyfriend and I will be booking another stay for future reference the DM needs to keep tabby in mind for any future raises they may come available she did everything she coul

This hotel is perfectly placed right off I-77 and is super pet friendly. We needed to stop in the midst of our 16 hour drive and had a great bed and pillows for ultimate comfort. They gave us a treat bag for our dog and had no issues. The breakfast is provided from 6-9 and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patty’s, biscuits, gravy, multiple gluten free options like hard boiled eggs and oatmeal and plenty of waffle makers. They provided coffee and tea all night and even had lovely snacks we could take with us like homemade chocolate chips and sun chips. Highly recommend!
