We stopped for a night on our way down to NC. It is close to the freeway, which made it wonderful since we wanted to get right back on it. You can hear the freeway but a fan inside your RV easily drowns it out. The grounds are very well kept and nice. We stopped here again on the way back (super late arrival/early departure). We didn’t want to mess with water hook up since we only stopped to sleep so we used their bathrooms - the bathrooms were so nice and clean!! We had a great stay and highly recommend.

We loved the Emperor's suite! This was the perfect alternative to a hotel for us. The suite was cute and cozy with a barndimonium/cabin feel. This is a beautiful property and there were many family-friendly activites! Our family really enjoyed riding the mountain coaster at night and the haunted trail! We also enjoyed the old cars and old town feel when checking in. There was a little confusion on our booked dates, but Tina handled it quickly and professionally. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again! The only negative is that the floors were very dirty in our unit.

Stayed here on an extended stay trip (around 3 months) Facilities were top notch, sites were decent size, only complaint was the gravel pads were this in width so the walkway would be muddy frequently. The location was next to a busy interstate so road noise would happen at high traffic times. Fire pits were on the sites and were attractive concrete tree stumps, but they lacked ventilation. Took a lot of work to keep a fire burning. The office/ camp store was great and had several staple items available during limited hours. One of the more pricey in the area but overall a very pleasant stay.

We will never stay here again. The road to the park is extremely narrow, with no shoulder. If a tire goes off the road, it will be shredded by the edge of the asphalt. There are dropoffs at the edge of the road (no shoulders). It is hilly with blind curves, and you can't see who is coming until you are right upon them. We were worried about seeing another RV or a large vehicle like a dump truck in the opposite lane. I would hate to drive it in the dark. In our opinion, the road is not appropriate for RVs and dangerous. The sites were not level from front to back and from side to side. The hookups were ok.

I booked the Event Barn, three cabins, and the Farmhouse two months in advance for my son’s Medical School graduation in May 2025. Being from Athens, WV, we wanted a local venue convenient for guests. After considering Pipestem and the Chuck Mathena Center, we chose Brush Creek Falls. The positives: The cabins and Farmhouse were clean and comfortable, and the Event Barn is beautiful with great potential. Tina, the manager, was kind and tried to help, though she didn’t have the support needed for an event of this size. The challenges: • Parking was insufficient for 100 guests; I had to direct parking myself, and several cars were hit by RVs. • Facilities lacked basics like hand soap and trash cans. • Maintenance wasn’t completed — grass wasn’t mowed and scaffolding was still up. • Caterin
