Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Germantown, WI

I actually have recommended your hotel a couple times since my stay, being that I have stayed there many times in the past. His visit was a bit disappointing due to the fact that I found three bugs in my hotel room over the course of the two last days I was there. I also was not stocked with coffee or toilet paper and had to ask for both of those. They were delivered promptly which is always the case, but being a new stay, I should not have had to ask for something that should have been there when I arrived. The staff is always pleasant, courteous, willing to help with anything in a timely fashion. Their breakfasts are always delicious. For that reason I do recommend the hotel.

The hotel was fine overall. I gave a less than 10 because there was a huge stain on the floor right inside our door that led most of the way across the floor into the room. We also thought it was really strange to not have any type of solution for hanging up the hand towel. All of the staff were great and we really appreciated them.

Our room was pretty dirty and smelled musty. It needed a deep clean. Crumbs all over the floors and stains all over the carpet. We didn't use the mini-frigerator because there was an open can of something in there and it was dirty. There were no bugs in our room, so that was a positive. There flys and box elder bugs in the eating area for the breakfast by the window which was gross.

Outside of the hotel looks nice but was disappointed with the room, especially considering the price. Our room had food underneath the TV stand that had been there for who knows how long, the bathroom had 2 light bulbs that were either burnt out or not there and you could smell marijuana in the hallway. Was surprised given it got 8/10 on one review site and 4/5 on Google. For the amount we paid for the room we will go elsewhere next time.

Hotel will be great if the manager stand on their employees. My room is always dirty never take the sheets off the bed. They make the bed with old sheets, don’t come every 3 days to clean. I chill in the lounge area and the garbages are full. The only employee I see doing anything no matter what shift is Layla. She makes sure there are fresh cookies and that everything is clean.
