Best Western Germantown Inn

Quick summary: Very well-managed hotel with very clean, comfortable rooms. Everything works well. The management thinks of customer needs in ways large and small, in addition to the usual amenities one expects at a Best Western.||My review is based on what I expect of a hotel in this class.||We stayed three nights in room 103, a ground-floor room that faces the back of the hotel, with a view of plant material, not the parking lot. This is the quieter side of the hotel, and the room was nice and quiet.||The room has 2 very comfortable queen beds, nice pillows - good for a couple where one is a snorer (the voice of experience.)||The room and bathroom feel very fresh and clean.||The usual amenities expected at a Best Western hotel: coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron/board, large desk wi

From the outside in. The parking lot was well kept. Landscaping was great. Beautiful lobby. The front desk person was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Medium size bathroom. It even had a jacuzzi. Will definitely go back.

Positive: Friendly staff, nice warm pool. Negative: Musty smelling, either old cigarette smoke smell or moldy, bathroom leaked, outdated decor, design, everything.

My wife and I stayed here 10/20 to 10/22. This is our go to Hotel when we're within 50 miles of Milwaukee. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always meticulously clean, and the property is well kept. The location is a quiet one, perfect for relaxation. There are many restaurants nearby, and access to the highway is very easy. The breakfast is also very good, with typical Best western favorites, such as sausage, eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, breads, snack bars, yogurt, fruit, and much more. This is a fantastic place to stay when near Milwaukee.

Place smells like weed. I could visibly see smoke in the air. The front desk people didn’t care. They were rude about it and basically said deal with it. This is not a good place for children.
