This place was a pleasant surprise. Normally stay in a very different class of hotels. Nice guy checked us in. Room was in great shape. Clean and mostly new. Comfy bed. Nice pillows. The heat worked like a champion. Only real knock is that the shower was pretty gross. Need to step that up. Breakfast area was nice. Only had a banana but things looked well done for what it is. Coffee was black as my heart. Desk guy in the morning was a bundle of good cheer and sunshine. Thank you for making our road trip better.
The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were very warm and up to date. The breakfast area was nice and clean and breakfast was good. Very welcoming entryway and sitting area. The clerk Amanda was outstanding. She welcomed with a smile, offered her service to assist if we needed anything and just by noticing that I had my 88 yr old father made sure we had the first floor close to the entry. She greeted us every time she saw us and I noticed she did this with everyone. Amanda made us feel important. She deserves a bonus.
Positive: "" Negative: The room smelled like strong pee odor. I told the lady at the desk when I checked out and she said she would let housekeeping. I think it needs a new mattress.
Fraudulently charged me for the hotel when I had a voucher through United due to a cancelled flight. They charged my card multiple times (they said there would be a $100 fee) and it was for various prices (1 was the nightly fee, 1 was the holding fee), and refunded me all except the 1 night fee, which was supposed to be covered by a United Voucher. I tried calling them asking what this was / for a refund and they told me management is only available 2 hours a day, which just sounds like BS. It sounds like to me they just tried to get paid twice Hotel was also not great quality.
Was a good place to use for an overnight pit stop before the longer leg of a road trip. Clean rooms and standard amenities, friendly staff. Decent room rates would book again if back in the area
