Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia Airport, SC

Location is great, easy to get to and right off the interstate. Service was immaculate. Wish I had her name but she checked us in on 3/2/26 at around 1:30am. We had just had a horrible experience at a clarion down the road and she let us see the room first. It was very affordable, very comfortable pillows! Room was outstandingly clean. A little dated but not terrible or in disrepair. Breakfast was fantastic! Had eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee etc. We did not swim in the pool but the water pressure in the shower was great. They have full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. All together 10/10 would stay again!

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It looked like it had been recently renovated. The water pressure was better than my house! While the free breakfast was not elaborate, they served hot breakfast items, offered a variety of cereals bread, and yogurt toppings and even had a fresh waffle iron. It was a great place to stay after a very long flight.

What a quaint, cozy little hotel. Tucked away off the highway and I didn’t hear any airplanes the whole time I was here. Julie is an ambassador for your brand. So friendly and welcoming and helped me get checked in right. There are plenty of places to eat in the area as well.

Buyer beware!!!!! I booked a hotel stay for Country inn and Suites by Radisson through booking.com. Well let’s me tell you. They really do work hand and hand on thier scam! I even bought the insurance that’s a bunch of crock too. I broke down on the highway and called to cancel my reservation. They told me if I didn’t make it by check in that I was a no show and they would not cancel neither day. And they would also charge me cancellation fees. I was stranded and the little town had no rentals left, they didn’t have uber , lift or taxi cabs. I’m stressed and forced to stay there over night. I couldn’t make it to my destination as I explained to the Hotel. They didn’t care and they passed me off to booking.com. Around and around I went with these people and they showed no empathy. I had a fantastic stay. I booked my room through Priceline less than an hour before I checked in. My room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It is located near an airport and planes do fly over as they are landing but they aren't terribly loud. There was plenty of parking available. Overall a great stay. I have it saved for the next time I pass through.
