Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Canton, GA

The cleanest, nicest Choice property I’ve ever stayed in. Room was spotless, service was excellent & location was close to interstate, restaurants & shopping. The pool was clean. Price was reasonable. Very impressed !

Great hotel. Staff very friendly. Pool was perfect. Why 8 instead of 10? Breakfast egg patties and link sausages appeared to be reheated daily. (Egg patties dried out). Bugs ( lady bugs-about 20) infested my room. Had maintenance come with shop vac to remove them from window frame on first day there. Had stink bugs crawling on wall. I removed 3. I liked room location(323) so stayed and sprayed window with raid bug spray. It helped a little, but the ladybugs were back after 2 days.

There are nicer hotels in the area, but the location and price was worth it. I have family in the area and I come up often. I always check out nearby hotels, but I usually always come back to Country Inn. The rooms are pretty good, no issue with cleanliness. The free breakfast is pretty good as well. Several options from eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, pastries, bagels and cereal. The staff is very friendly. It seems whenever I check in, Kim is usually at the desk and she is behind friendly. A+ for her! Are there nicer hotels in the area? Yes Are those hotels 50% - 100% more expensive? Yes! I have been staying at the Country Inn for almost a decade and the you can't beat the value for the money.

Positive: The staff are very polite and they don?t bother you and pressure you into cleaning service when I prefer to clean everything myself. Negative: The carpets in the room were sticky and the whole hotel just had this weird kind of pungent Oder that was not pleasant at all.

Customer service was EXCELLENT! Very helpful, friendly and honest. Rooms were nice, and when I had an issue with one that needed to be canceled due to illness, they were helpful and understanding. Highly recommended and we would return again if we need a room in the Canton area!
