Comfort Inn & Suites Canton Riverstone Area

Ease of making reservations on app Hotel staff were all super! From the phone call before arrival, to the check in & front desk staff, to the breakfast staff, every person we encountered was pleasant & knowledgeable and eager to make our stay special! The property is clean & well kept. There were a few minor issues but we would stay there again when we’re in the area.

TV had to be restarted everytime you turned it off. Telephone was not working. Tub didn't drain properly. Showered in ankle deep water. A extra amount was charged but luckily when I brought that to their attention at checkout they voided the charge. Will not stay there again. First time ever had problems with a Comfort Inn.

Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Honestly, I’m surprised this place is still in business. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Not only has the rooms not been actually cleaned and God only knows when with bugs in the floor nasty mold in the tub. The breakfast is absolutely a joke. If there was an option to rate what this nasty hotel should be rated it’d be more like a -10. We did not even stay or sleep in the bed. Honestly, I was a bit afraid to even look underneath the covers.

Positive: I liked the lady who was working the night shift, she was very kind, competent and caring. Negative: Walking into the room I could see fingerprint stains on the dresser and while the bathroom wasn't outright disgusting it was little things that made me worry about the cleanliness. Also the shower eater did NOT get hot. I left it running for 10 minutes.

Clean hotel, but several minor things. Waited on someone to come to the front desk for about 5 minutes to check in. The mattress was rock hard. The breakfast was underwhelming, even for a Contenental Breakfast. That said, a decent price made the short stay worthwhile.
