DO NOT STAY HERE worst place ever nothing works, pool is closed, ice machine broken , drains won’t drain in bathroom. Holes in sheets, floors haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast donut holes packed in individual sandwich bags. Yuck. Someone should contact corporate.

Stayed for 3 days recently as we were in town for a wedding. Waiting to check in, listened to desk clerk telling another guest checking in to either go buy Shorts and a tank top to use the pool as she didn't bring a bathing suit or just swim in her underwear? That was my first clue. ||. The hotel is dated, yes but there are things that are very basic that can be done to improve quality. Like cleaning. Like replacing worn towels. It was such a dive, we kept the do not disturb sign up as I felt uncomfortable allowing any of the staff in the room when we were not there. |Towels were dingy yellow, thin and had holes. Ceiling was stained with mildew. Sink and tub simply needed a good scrub but obviously that has not been done for ages and the shower head? Slimy black mold. The king size

I’m honestly really bothered. I was placed I. Room 206. It was clean. I went out to dinner and come back to the door not opening. So I called the front desk. ( over night shift ) and she said I was in room 205. I got really confused but went to open that door. I walked in and the room was used and had others belongings in it. I called the front desk again and she HEAVLY gas lit me. I tried to tell her many times that the room has been clearly used and I felt unsafe. I asked for a new room and she said “ you can just leave”. I have a photo AND a video of me in the first room that was clean. Room 206. And I took pictures of the room that was used and dirty. ( 205 ). I’m now in fear for my safety because I’m not gonna go sleep in my car. Esp when I paid. Being gas lit is so me

Well, where should I start. Considering I just left and drove to a different hotel might say it all. AC didn't work. I get it, it's 80% humidity out. But every other hotel this week in this area has been fine. WiFi wouldn't connect. I kinda need that for work. Check in is at 3pm. They didn't even ask us anything until 3. Once it was 3, they said they were not ready. Around 4pm is when they finally opened the window. I don't blame the staff. They were sweet. But the owner needs to get off his hands and fix his hotel. Substandard hotel. And for 240 a night I will be contacting the credit card company about this. I did ask for a partial refund. They said they would call the "boss". Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, I was overcharged compared to the rate I saw looking here at reviews afterwards. The room was not clean—the carpet turned my feet black when walking barefoot, the bathroom was dirty and mold under the bath mat, and the overall condition of the space felt neglected and unhygienic. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. To make matters worse, the customer service was poor. Staff was never available to help. When we arrived to check in we had to yell for someone. The rest of the stay if we needed extra pillows, towels ect nobody was ever at the desk. The lights off and nobody around. I saw another gentleman waiting for a receipt when he checked out but nobody ever came and he was still standing there when I walked back through 1
