Country Hearth Inn of Knightdale

No elevator there is no choice for smoking rooms. You have to go outside in 20 degree weather. But you walk down the hall and all you smell is weed. The area doesn’t seem very safe. There is a lot of rust around the bathroom door and the walls have bad spots in them.

Just say NOOOOO. We booked this hotel because we were in town for business and pleasure. We arrived very late at night due to delays, etc. We had reserved the suite with hot tub. The room was horrid, dirty, rugs were filthy, holes in the wall, bed was a nightmare. Heating was not working, blowing cold air. I can't imagine what the othr rooms were like if we were in the executive suite. Yikes! We would NOT recommend this hotel for any reason. We checked out the following morning, were originally staying for a week. Ran so fast forgot to take pictures.

Positive: This is a very basic place, and it had everything we needed -- good location for us, clean rooms, nice staff, VERY quiet. For the price, it was the perfect option for us since we were not planning to spend much time at the hotel. Negative: The breakfast is a bit sparse.

This place is NASTY! The lobby smells like sewage and the room smelled like TERRIBLE incense!! The flood were so dirty. The beds are rock hard except the middle where it sunk in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The reservation was made by my mngr. I looked at reviews and was ready for a subpar hotel. I'm not sure what others saw, but it was all good in my room. Yes, some things would be better updated, and if I was LOOKING for something to complain about, you can always find it. My room, bed, staff cleanliness, decor, it was all good. I slept like a baby! Moral of the story, be grateful you don't have to sleep in your car and choose to see the good things.
