Country Haven Motel

I recently visited this motel and was deeply disturbed by the level of disrepair and lack of hygiene. I went there with the intention of enjoying a brief visit with my partner. However, upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a strong, foul odor. The room was in an unacceptable condition: • The bed was broken, and the mattress had a large hole in the middle. • Torn sheets and pillows were present, visibly infested with bed bugs. • Cockroaches were seen crawling throughout the room. • The floor was filthy, and the overall environment was unsafe and unsanitary. Concerned, I returned to the front desk and explained the situation, requesting either a room change or a refund. The front desk attendant was a nasty heavy set Black woman. She refused both, stating there were no refunds

Needed to stay in that area for a night and this was the only thing that had availability. Rooms are run down, mold all over the place. Needs to be shut down and renovated. Absolutely disgusting
