Aztec RV Resort- Motorcoach

RV park NOT A HOTEL ...lots w RV and covered spaces/ mimi houses. Very clean, friendly. Gated community.

A lot of misinformation and lack of communication on phone when booking site. Asked if WiFi and cable included told yes WiFi but no cable which is fine. Upon check in no wifi included so called office and told they have a modem available for $100 deposit never told cash only also we were checking out on Sunday and they are closed weekend so need to drop off Friday or leave at another area and hopefully get cash back…??? Really? Girl and woman very rude plus speaking French between each other while we’re right there in front of them. HOA person stopped by to tell us no fencing for dogs allowed no where in R&R’s does it note this; next to us kids toys all over and pool towels, but a nice new little fence not allowed? Doing remodeling at the Resort. I cannot say enough about the Resort Manager Nancy. She goes out of her way to take care of her guests as well as working with her vendors. Great Job Mrs. Nancy!!!

I gave this resort a 3 out of 5 for personal reasons. Let me say it is a clean, beautiful resort with a lot of amenities: pool tables, ping pong, pickle ball, volleyball, shuffleboard, a banquet type hall for gathering/events. |We arrived in August and spent several weeks here. The staff is nice. The security safe is wonderful, friendly, friendly and welcoming. |When you arrive you are given a packet with information and sent to your site. There is no official checking in. Nor is there a place to park your rig upon arrival accept at your site. This is basically a second home community. Been at Aztec for a month now, very nice resort, amenities are kept up nice. Yes about 60% of the Resort is French/Canadian but everyone we have visited with have been friendly. The area outside the resort is just fine we fill safe night or day on or off the resort. Every Friday night the English speaking group gets together for Happy Hour, Thursday the entire park has Happy Hour with entertainment. I would say negative comments/reviews are extremely critical people as we have not seen any of the issue people had in prior reviews. Glad that we made the choice to try the place out… no regrets!
