Country Cabins Hotel

Our home away from home. We live in York, Pennsylvania n come here every Columbus Day weekend to a friend bbq. We’ve been here the past 3 years. This is number 4! Owners are great. Very accommodating. Would recommend for sure. 6 hours away from chk in #4!

My son and I stayed in cabin #10. It had a nice kitchen area equipped with a stove, microwave, full refrigerator, and coffee maker. It also had two very comfortable beds, and a nice living room space. It had a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The wrap around porch over looked the pond. The water level in the pond was quite low due to this year’s drought conditions, but there was enough water in it that a few people were out fishing in it. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The costumer service was excellent.

This place is a true hidden gem. We stayed in the suite hotel part in the Bentley one. The insides look like little cabins. These places are a great deal. We were traveling home from cocoa beach Florida to new Prague mn. Our first stop was in Tennessee then the next one I looked for a place in southern Iowa I am so grateful to the lord that he led us here. It was late at night and we needed a place just for one night stay. The office lady helped us over the phone and her uncle who works here helped us around 11 at night to get into the place. We booked camp Mercedes at country cabins a year in advance for the Knoxville Nationals. This was a trip my wife and I planned for our 20th wedding anniversary. $100 a night got us 3 bedrooms (1) with a jacuzzi hot tub, bathroom with shower, kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Dining room with a huge solid wood table, living room 2 TV's a private deck off the back and community deck off the front. Air conditioning worked Fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was super clean. It felt like a home for us to come back to after the racing was done. We had a 6 family reunion at Country Cabins and it was one GREAT weekend! The cabins are gorgeous, all brand new with a nice floor-plan and cute themes. The beds are top notch with new, high-end mattresses! GREAT night's sleep! The common area is great, we had a nice bonfire both nights we were there and the stars are gorgeous. There's a public lake across the street, great for fishing and swimming! We will definitely be back!
