Cottonwood Suites Westminster

I stayed here with my family December 2018. The accommodations were very nice, with a full sized kitchen area. The staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond in several areas. There were some items I needed and they helped with that. The one outstanding thing they did was allow me to use their breakfast area to hold a video conference in the afternoon when they were not using it. It worked very well, and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. Great job!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were well broken in, but not overly. The small kitchen area was great with a large fridge. The walls are paper thin though. The room next to me has been occupied by a group of guys who don't seem to sleep. I've had to wear headphones to drown them out. And then apparently there was a room full of kids above me, who also don't appear to sleep. I honestly thought the hotel was renovating the room above me they were so loud. The general manager was polite when I expressed my opinion. However, the only thing she was able to offer me was a possible discounted rate for a future stay. I will be there for one more night. We'll see how it goes!

Friendly front desk staff. Comfortable room. Clean. Very roomy. Kitchenette . Good $ . I was this hotel a good rating. That's before I was charged $20.95 for a washcloth that had a stain on it. I called the the hotel and they explained that according to the user agreement. This was a acceptable charge. I mentioned that you can buy a washcloth. At most reputable stores for less than $5. They recommended I go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Which I will be doing. apparently the reason the price is so good they are going to charge you for other things to make up the difference.

I had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was very nice. They greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to help me with planning my two days in Denver. The furniture in the rooms look dated, but clean. The room was very spacious. Plenty of parking, but if you park fat from the main entrance you have to walk all the way to the main entrance because all the other enhances are exit only.

The rooms were the cleanest I have been in and I have been on the road for 4 months. The floor literally sparkles and every surface was dusted. The breakfast is nice with eggs and yogurt and other options for variety. There is a full size refrigerator and a microwave with a nice kitchen setup. It is off the main road so it is quiet from any traffic noise and when I complained because the man next to me was playing a loud TV until midnight, they were willing to move me up to another room the next day which worked out perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and with a hair dryer and ironing board what more could one need in a room?
