Cosmic Suites

I recently moved to Bryan and after application process. Which didn't take long at all. Two months have flown so fast. I love it here so far. The staff here are extremely persistent, very professional. The property is comfortable, private, clean and very well maintained, and quiet. The ladies that run this place might come off as strict but are actually pretty reasonable and very nice! I'm very happy here. I feel safe and comfortable! DEFINATELY recommend this place to my friends and family! As well as anyone else needing a cozy, clean, safe place at a affordable price too!!

great experience. i had a gap between leases and stayed with Cosmic for about 45 days. the price was super affordable. maintenance would always come by the same day if i had any issues. i locked myself out of my room a couple of times after office hours and someone always came by within 20 minutes to get me a new key.

I stayed here at Cosmic Suites for several months (they were offering extended stay options at the time). I can't say enough good about this place. During my stay, the staff here have been *fantastic* with communication, offering support and keeping the property clean and in great working order. Whoever the current owner is - the owner has put a lot of resources into renovating and revitalizing the property. And currently, prices here are somehow *extremely* competitive. One of the last places of true value in this town. Highly Recommended!!

The new renovations that have been done are wonderful. The pricing is great. The management has to be the absolute best. They have the best communication, they are always super friendly and the neighbors are very quiet, everybody keeps to themselves.

This place discriminate against disabled people, my nephew has no arms and one leg and has to have 24 hour care so he had people going in and out because of that, and they said it was too many people coming and going, and they kick him out into the streets with no place to go, and then said they would refund him some money, but then backed out on that, they said he wasn't out of the room on time and that was a lie we were there when it happened, so that's a lie, I would not recommend this place.😞
