Cool Waters Motel

***CAUTION*** **THIS PLACE IS FULL OF ROACHES!!** First room hadn't even been cleaned, (8:30PM) when arrived second room, I had to plug up AC with drop cord, NO Toilet Paper, NO towels, beds are very thin and uncomfortable. Cigarette burns all over EVERYTHING, Place smells extremely horrible. Very out dated for the price of $125 a night! Great location with creek & pond for fishing, swimming pool was best thing about the place. Try to find another room when possible!!!!!

Have stayed here for years but this was our last. $95 a night for holy fadded out bed covers, frenged towels. A big gap under door where carpet is all torn up. The door was beat up. Holes in the curtains. The little back porch was green from air conditioner. We had to go to office to get fresh towels after we left ours out for house keeping. People next door did the same thing only they were told there wasn't anymore towels so we shared with them. Be careful of the chairs in the rooms they are not very sturdy. As much as they charge for a night you think they could do better. Makes you wonder if someone has an addiction problem.

We have gone to this motel for many years. This was the worst. Called and made reservations before we went. Drove 6 1/2 hours. Got there to check in only to be told someone didnt assign us a room and they were booked up. I told the very unconcerned, rude, potty mouthed owner that we reserved a room non smoking two beds and we needed that room. Finally after she cussed and fussed she assigned us a room and handed me a key. Told us room was not cleaned so we would have to wait. Which was ok. Recieved three phone calls later in evening changing room again because of water leaking in the one thay gave us. BUT she said it was a king sized bed and the box springs were on floor because frame had broke and TV didn't work in there. At this point just needed a placee to sleep. Bed was ok but bottom

This used to be a nice cheap place to stay. It must be under new ownership or something.We stayed 11/23/19 and it was horrible, payed $85. to stay in a room that didn't even have toilet paper!! See through curtains! Holes in the sheets! No mini fridge, No microwave! Dogs barking when I went in the office,clerk, who lives there, you could tell by the way she was dressed- was in the bathroom. Don't waste your money! We never will again!

RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS! This place needs to be bulldozed. I cannot believe the health department allows them to stay open. Our room stunk of cigarette smoke and urine which knocked me down when I opened the door. Cigarette burns all over the room. Carpet is at least 50 years old. NEVER been cleaned. Cobwebs, bugs, filth.... just disgusting. No shower head in the shower. Dirty wash rags in the sink. Mattress wrapped in plastic due to their bed bug problems. The rocking chairs outside the rooms are all broken. Can’t sit in them. I swear, Crackheads wont even stay here. Don’t waste your time going there.
