Cookson Village Resort

We always enjoy our time at Cookson. After a few hours of swimming we had a great lunch and did some shopping at the Deck. The employees are so awesome and friendly. This was a spontaneous day trip and I could not think of anywhere I would rather be. Very relaxing. It definitely gets a 10 from me.

The deck seems like a fun place to just sit and vibe at night. We went for breakfast and food was decent. The staff was friendly. We will definitely go back at some point to check the evening scene.

I love this place! I moved to the lake in 2020 and absolutely love having this place near by. The people that work there are so nice. I very much enjoy being able to go sit outside with my dog, eat dinner, and enjoy good live music. I highly recommend that you come rest your feet and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Or you can get on your feet and dance which is not uncommon to take place.

What a neat little getaway, right where a neat little getaway should be! Nestled in the center of Cookson, OK is the cutest little grocery mart/bar and restaurant that I've seen in Oklahoma. Live music seems to br happening every time that I visit. The burgers are good, as well as the other menu items I've tried. I don't believe that that sell strong alcohol, but there is plenty of beer and wine to choose from! 5☆

The deck at cookson is amazing, live band, great food, the cooks are great we always tip them along with our waitress. They serve beer only or some cayman jack margaritas in a bottle but it's a great place. Highly recommended
