Primarily rents monthly and longer to the workforce. Was able to accommodate my last minute need for 2 nights. Park is clean and nicely arranged, with well placed full hookups. Noise from191 diminishes in the evening. Workforce heads out early.

Outstanding!!! Honestly, I was a little intimidated when I saw that this RV park caters more towards long term - workers. However from the moment we arrived we were at ease. The park is at the outskirts of town, so more quiet. Our entire stay was peaceful. Yes, there are long term residents but every space was neat and cared for. We met a few of the residents and not a negative word was said. There are pull thru spaces and back in. Some trees, full hook-ups. A laundry area with a change machine. Even an ice machine. Dan the owner is super and clearly put a lot of thought into his park. It was difficult to find a place to stay in Moab and Dan accommodated us. We are very glad we stayed here and it will be our 1st choice should we visit the area again.

We've been here for a few months. The owner is awesome. He is very understanding and will do anything to accommodate your stay. We are locals that cant afford housing here. But Contractors Roost is defiantly affordable! Full hook ups with concrete pad and picnic table. Water, sewer, trash, tv and internet and electric. Everyone in the park is very friendly. Showers, washer and dryers available also.

With Moab housing very difficult to locate and obtain we have found space for our 5th wheel home with Dan here at Contractor's RV park. Dan is very nice, accommodating and has provided everything we need to stay long term. Monthly rent is very reasonable. Park folks are nice and quiet. This is the best place to locate for long term stays in Moab, Utah
