Continental Motel & Restaurant

I was out at the Gunks climbing and my normal motel was booked so I tried the Continental Motel. Very out dated, dark, poorly kept up rooms. The desk clerk was very hard to understand and not too friendly. The only thing I can say good about the room is it wasn't camping. On the outside they did offer a very large swimming pool, which looked very well kept up and clean.

I have been here a few months. The other day they chose to go into my room during the three hours I was out that day. I change my own sheets and vacuum it myself because I do not want others in here. I was not pleased. If marijuana smoke and mothers screaming profanities at their children put you off, go elsewhere.

Nice enough rooms but the owners will make you feel about as welcome as an outbreak of venereal disease. I understand people have good and bad days but to be so consistently unapproachable and unwilling to listen isn't good business practice.

I live it here the lady here looks out for us and makes us feel comfortable even if we are all going through tuff times

Stayed there for a little while, Very nice people clean rooms. It is homey like so it was great and bathrooms where nice and clean as well..
