Catskills Experience

Stayed in August 2020 with the family. Andrea and Scott were great hosts and we had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. Sitting outside at night on the porch gazing at the moon was the most peaceful and memorable part! The amenities were all in excellent condition and the place was so clean and well organized. Great secluded place to stay. My kid is still asking to come back to "Catskills Getaway" years later!

Generous is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Andrea and Scott. We stayed there in April 23. The place was in a great secluded and private location. The home was very well equipped with all the amenities you could think of. Even though it was raining the entire time we were there, the piano, indoor fireplace and the well stocked kitchen kept up pretty occupied. Scott met us on arrival and gave us great information on the area and a tour of the place. He very patiently explained how everything worked and generously offered us all the wood we needed for the fire. It was great meeting Andrea and Alex and even let us check out late. We'd be happy to visit again when we want to get away from the city!

Cozy cabin with all the fixings in a convenient location. My sister, mom, son, and I spent a relaxing weekend here in October. Great pumpkin picking spot 5 minute drive. We loved spending the morning by the small creek and enjoyed the hammock. My son loved all the toys and playground equippment. Very lovely and responsive hosts. Highly recommend a stay here! Will stay again if in the area.

This cabin is absolutely perfect! The hosts are such a wonderful and welcoming family. They pay so much attention to detail in the cabin, and take a lot of care to make everything just right for the stay. The cabin is right next to a beautiful stream in the woods, and close to many great hikes. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at Scott’s Airbnb cabin Fall 2023. The area is beautiful and the cabin is very thoughtfully designed and organized. They renovated the building themselves. Kitchen is equipped including spices; firewood provided; speakers; everything we could think of to have in a vacation rental. There’s a hammock hanging right by a creek that runs through the property —very peaceful! Walking from the cabin, there’s a nice hike with a waterfall and centuries old settlement ruins. We also found great longer hikes driving in the Catskills area (e.g Giant Ledge).
