Comfort Suites Moab near Arches National Park

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet and easy to access from the main road. It is also very close to Arches National Park. The breakfast was a little more basic than normal breakfasts. They had the usual; waffles, oatmeal, cereal, breads, fruit and yogurt. The eggs we just plain patties and there were no potatos such as hash browns.

Check-in was nice and easy. I appreciate how kind and friendly the front desk staff was. They helped make our stay more enjoyable. We stayed on the top floor (as requested) room 339, end of hall, so it was pretty quiet. Better than most stays I've had. Carpeted floors and the walls seemed well insulated from other guests. Shower pressure was not that great, but the products had a nice scent. I'd stay again when in town. Moab is an awesome place!

This is one of the nicer Comfort Suites. The room looked fine until I picked up/moved the phone. There was a toenail on the nightstand. This kind 9f made the room feel dirtier than it was. Obviously it needed a better dusting.

My husband and I went to quite a few hotels on our vacation trip, but this hotel stood out among them all. I think the reason could be summed up in one word: hospitality. It all started with people at the front desk. They were friendly and informative and made sure that we knew we were welcomed. They exhibited more than front desk politeness. They made us feel like family. None of the other hotels that we visited had that kind of atmosphere. In addition to that, the appointments in the lobby were worm and welcoming. Everything was clean and neat both in the lobby and the hallway and also in our rooms. It was obvious that this hotel made cleanliness a priority. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Great location. About 10 minutes to Arches and 30 minutes to Canyonlands NP entrances. Hotel was clean and quiet with large rooms. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was hot but a little smaller than the pictures indicate. Breakfast was your typical comfort breakfast with waffles, eggs, meat, and ect. It was clean and ran well. I would easily stay here again. Go out to the park at night to see the stars. Absolutely wonderful.
