Comfort Suites Gatlinburg Downtown-Convention Center

We absolutely loved our stay. The lobby was set up for easy family time, complete with a fire place. The indoor pool was warm and lots of fun and the views from our room were beautiful. Its about a block walk from the main strip and perfect for everywhere you want to go!

Overall, we really liked this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. A newer hotel is always a plus - it was very clean and bright. Any staff we encountered were friendly. This is also a good location with some pretty views of the mountains and you can easily walk to the fun downtown area. The room was great - since we are a family of five, I always appreciate the roomier suites at Comfort Suites because we need the extra sofa bed. I also thought the room had many thoughtful touches - hooks for your coats, a little shelf here for phones and water bottles, and plenty of outlets for charging devices, etc. I also love that there were shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles mounted right in the shower plus lotion provided by the sink - this is such a small thing but having fresh lotion

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel; thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality! The location is truly a highlight. It is perfectly situated away from the immediate noise yet conveniently close to Downtown Gatlinburg just about a 7 minutes walk puts you right in the middle of all the attractions and dining options. The daily breakfast options were also excellent and varied. We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay and were particularly impressed with the service, the impeccable cleanliness, and the quality of the hotel's amenities. The rooms are notably spacious, making the stay very comfortable. If you are seeking a fantastic family friendly hotel option in the area, this is definitely the place to book. It takes just a few minutes to walk down to all the action in Gatlinburg from the Comfort Suites. We went at the busiest time of year, unbeknownst to us. The town was a madhouse and I will never again visit at that time of year - last weekend of October. I guess there were several events going on. We were happy to get a room and they had plenty of parking. The hotel room was very comfortable, roomy and clean. The place was packed. Breakfast was extremely busy. They didn’t replenish some of the offerings. It would be nice if they would’ve had at least oatmeal packets, hard boiled eggs and maybe some bagels. The only complaint about the room was the noise. The people next to us had kids that were screaming and yelling after midnight. it was as if they were in our room. The next night was fin

From check-in to check-out and everything in between, our experience was EXCELLENT!! The price was great for what you get. The customer service was top-notch and very accommodating. Each staff person that we came into contact with was very polite and helpful. We only stayed for one night, but agreed that we would definitely be back to stay again when back in Tennessee and need a spot close to the strip. Parking is tight, but thankfully, they had a lot directly across the street that could accommodate our extended cab. Only wish there was bacon offered for breakfast, but still no complaints.
