Comfort Inn & Suites Red Oak - Dallas Area

I want to start out by acknowledging the staff. Not only were they pleasant, they were helpful, thoughtful, and resourceful. An amazing team of people who went above and beyond to help me during my stay. RL Jones was super awesome, the manager was super awesome, the woman with the great haircut who was working long days, (helped me find a shoe store) and the house keepers (sorry I didn’t get your names) we’re all there for anything I needed. My only complaint is the furniture and mini fridge in my room. Not well maintained. But the customer service superseded that. Overall, I had a great experience.

I checked into Comfort Inn and Suites for work purposes. The hotel is perfectly located with great amenities within walking distance. I was greeted with the warmest smile and immediately thanked for choosing Comfort Inn (I love great customer service). R L Jones occupied the position behind the counter. As I watched R.L, I noticed how gentle, attentive, kind and considerate he was with every guest that walked through the doors. Thank you R.L…your acts of kindness and great customer service is probably the best I’ve witnessed in years

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago. My room was not cleaned but my trash was collected. I went to the front desk and asked about this. They told me that this was full service and that I’d need to request it. So, when I checked in this week, I requested that they make my bed (full service). The front desk attendant told me that I’d need to request it daily. When I got back to the hotel on Wednesday, I stopped at the front desk to request full service for Thursday. Then proceeded to my room. Of course, my room was not cleaned, nor the bed made. So I went back to the front desk to ask about it. The gentleman at the front desk apologized and said he would leave a note and ensure the room was cleaned Thursday. I told them I really just cared about my bed being made. And that when I book, I

My brother and I visited this motel with the thought of staying one night as it was close to where we needed to be, after changing motels to a place on the north airport Dallas and realizing we were in literally hell, I contacted comfort inn and spoke to a man named Jonsey! We were in a situation were I didnt have my credit card but I could pay online for the room, most motels have a policy that say no card. No room, that man came in clutch for my brother and I, I really appreciate what he did for us! Stayed an extra 4 nights. I wish the housekeeping would had visited more than that one time but other than that I again appreciate what this motel did for my brother and I!

I'd like to say Mr R.L James and the other staff is very nice and friendly. Very helpful to take care the customers need. Ive been here 4 days and haven't had an issue. 1 exception is for one other person staying there with their so called service dog that almost bit me. Let's just say the dog didn't draw blood but i felt its mouth on my leg. And yes I'm still ticked about it! All in all, the hotel and staff, Mr R.L. James is great for this hotel. Keep up the good work! Will be coming back if im ever in the area.
