Comfort Inn & Suites Napoleon

Chose this location for connivence to work Checked in Monday, checked out Friday. Did not have anyone come freshen up the room the entire stay. Had to go to front desk for clean towels, shampoo and garbage bags to take out my own trash. I can’t believe whoever runs this place allowed it to get in such disarray. Won’t make the same mistake again, will give my money to a different hotel chain. Almost forgot, bugs in my room what an absolute disgrace of a hotel.

No problems. We stay here often. It is clean and quiet. We had to check out a day early due to a predicted winter storm and we needed to get home. We had a no-hassle full refund check out.

The rooms were ok except for several things. 1) The light at the entry worked intermittently. 2) the refrigerator in one of the rooms failed to work and some food was spoiled. 3) the heater was loud when it kicked in providing poor sleep 4) the shift manager was very grumpy when asked questions and not helpful. The management provided an “I’m sorry” regarding the spoiled food - no other assistance or compensation.

This hotel served its purpose for our one night stay on BGSU family weekend. Prices higher than they should be given all hotels in Bowling Green were sold out. A standard breakfast. Rooms what you expect from a Comfort Inn. Nothing fancy by any means, but better than the place right next to it!

It was a nice hotel. But very loud. I get kids are kids but 2am and hearing stomping around is Bs. Especially when your on vacation getting away from all that stuff.
