Comfort Inn & Suites Mount Sterling

Stopped for a quick over night stay. Double queen non smoking. 2 kids 2 adults. We all slept good and woke refreshed for a second day of travel! Room seemed clean enough. Definitely comfortable!

I love it here. Been staying here for weeks for work. Hot breakfast, nice pool, really nice rooms, and the staff is kind and professional. My room is cleaned everyday which is rare, especially for long stays. I'd rate this place with six stars if I could.

Positive: Very convenient to interstate and stores and restaurants . Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Negative: The bed was hard .

Just stay away!! Outdated rooms. Room was between the elevator and a utility closet so it made it very noisy. Cracked and raised floor tiles along with a cracked window. Shower drained very slowly and needed an extra cleaning. Stink bug infestation. No one at front desk on check out. Just a box to drop the room keys. Rooms pictured on the website ARE NOT how the rooms really look. Not worth the $230 a night that was paid.

Shout out to Durand, when I first was checking in, he helped. Customer is big with me and he was very welcoming. No noise from the outside or inside the hotel. AC/ Heat was great and worked perfectly. Breakfast in the morning 🌄
