Comfort Inn & Suites Medina NY near Erie Canal

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel over the weekend for a wedding. Katie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!! We were there as a family enjoying each other, she made it even more wonderful by helping us get pizza and wings delivered and allowing us to enjoy the fireplace in the lobby. Thank you Katie. I hope we weren't too much trouble!! Hope to see you again!!

My wife made this reservation after she found out that a family member had passed away so she could attend the funeral. She then found that she had other options for a place to stay. Because of the circumstances, she thought she had cancelled this reservation. We are now being charged for the entire reservation, not just the first night, although it should be obvious to the hotel that she did not check in the first night. I tried to explain the situation both to the hotel and to Choice Hotels, but neither was willing to offer any relief. So, unless the hotel or Choice Hotels is willing to work with me on this, I have no intention of ever recommending any of their hotels to anyone.

Easy reservation, easy check in, clean room, and good food. Everything we wanted for our stay. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and not too many people in teh breakfast room. Staff treated us very well. Thought the price was high but location was where we needed it.

Extremely nice suite with everything you will need. Super clean and new. People who run this facility are extremely personable and kind. Helpful in every way possible. You will enjoy your stay here as it is quite and peaceful. Best Comfort Inn & Suites I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Thanks for the kindness.

The hotel is way over priced. We have a corporate rate for this hotel but was not able to use it because they would not answer the phone. We booked a room online to make sure we had a room prior to arrival and then when we arrived they would not honor our rate. $286 for a roadside hotel in the middle of nowhere is a joke.
